What Huntloop does

Huntloop takes a description of the customers you want to reach, finds companies matching it from public sources, reads their public websites, and produces a draft outreach email for each one.

Huntloop does not send email. Drafts are yours to review, edit, export and send from your own tools. You remain the sender, and responsible for what you send.

Credits and billing

Work is priced in credits. A lead delivered with a finished draft costs one credit. A lead that could not be completed is marked for review and costs a quarter of a credit. A company already on the do-not-contact list costs nothing.

Every new account receives five credits once, as a trial. Paid plans grant credits monthly. Unused plan credits do not roll over.

Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the marketing and data protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact — which for recipients in the EU and UK includes GDPR and the ePrivacy rules.

You must honour opt-outs. Huntloop adds an unsubscribe link to every draft; removing it, or contacting anyone who has opted out, is a breach of these terms.

• No sending to consumers where the law requires prior consent.
• No misrepresenting who you are or what you are offering.
• No using Huntloop to build lists for resale.
• No attempting to circumvent per-domain limits or the suppression list.

Availability

Huntloop depends on third-party services for search, extraction and generation. If one is unavailable, affected leads are marked for review rather than charged in full.

We do not guarantee that a given company will be found, that a website can be read, or that a draft will be suitable to send without editing.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Doing so deletes your campaigns, leads and drafts.

We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable use section, including on report of unsolicited email sent from data generated here.

Liability and governing law

Huntloop is operated by Akidata, the trading name of a sole trader resident in Colombia. It is not a separate legal entity, and the operator’s full legal identification is available on request to the contact address below.

The service is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that a particular company will be found, that a website can be read, or that a draft is fit to send without editing.

You are the sender of any email you send. We are not liable for the consequences of messages you send, for how recipients respond to them, or for any claim arising from your use of the drafts.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Colombia. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Billing disputes and refunds are handled through Paddle under the refund policy.
